​Our client a large food processing company are currently seeking a Group Tax Manager. This is an 18-month contract role.

The Group Tax Manager will manage all Tax obligations for the company.

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Coordinating the preparation and submission of the VAT and PAYE returns for all group companies.

• Preparing and submission of all payrolls returns for overseas branches of the group.

• Collating information for the preparation of the Corporation Tax returns for all group companies.

• Posting of the group tax provisions to the statutory accounts.

• Preparing deferred tax calculations for the group.

• Liaising with the groups Tax Advisors – corporation tax, transfer pricing, compliance policies.

• Liaising with Revenue and managing relationship.

• Managing ROS administration

What are we looking for?

• Qualified Accountant/ Tax professional with years 5 PQE.

• Experience in dealing with tax in UK and other international countries is a distinct advantage.

• Big four background.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communicator.

• You must be a collaborator, organised, and initiative-taking.
