What you need to know

We are currently recruiting for a Grade V-HR Department for our client, a Public Sector Organisation.

This role is for a 9 month duration.

The role is based in Dublin.

Key duties & responsibilities:
 
  • Manpower planning, recruitment and selection of employees
  • Prepare, organise and participate in the Induction program
  • Support employees in their continued professional training and development
  • Reviewing and updating manpower policies and procedures in line with relevant legislation
  • Provide reports of workforce activity
  • Ensure contracts are issued are in line with relevant legislation
  • Notification of all new employees, leavers, change in hours etc to the Payroll Department
What are we looking for?
  • CIPD / relevant qualification in Human Resources Management
  • Experience of data management and analysis
  • Experience of Workforce Planning
  • An excellent knowledge of employment legislation
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
