My client, a well-established manufacturing company located in Co. Cavan, are looking to recruit a French Customer Service Assistant to oversee their French customer-based market!

This is a permanent job with attractive salary and company benefits.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders

  • Monitor and oversee transport timeline schedules

  • Provide advice and support relating to customer issues and queries i.e. order queries, inventory, deliveries and invoices

  • Liaise with the technical team to provide customer product information.

  • General administrative duties as required

What are we looking for?

  • Fluency in French language – essential

  • At least 2-3 years customer service experience within the manufacturing industry

  • 3rd Level qualification in Business or related discipline

  • Proficient in MS Office applications i.e. Excel – essential

  • Experience using SAP – advantageous

  • Good record management and organisation skills

  • Strong customer focus

  • Excellent telephone manner and professional writing skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy essential

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
