Your New Job
- Lead the finance function with a focus on robust financial control and strategic insight.
- Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
- Design and report KPIs and financial metrics across all business areas.
- Prepare financial accounts, forecasts, and long-term business plans.
- Analyse business performance and communicate insights to senior leadership.
- Drive commercial awareness through detailed variance and trend analysis.
- Maintain and update long-term financial projections.
- Influence decision-making as a key member of the senior management team.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated finance team with a performance-driven ethos.
- A fully qualified accountant with a minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior financial role, preferably within a multi-service or project-based business.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing a high-performing finance team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate financial insights for various stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker with an eye for continuous improvement.
