Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze quarterly management accounts and year-end financial accounts.
- Develop and manage monthly journals, accruals, prepayments, income reports, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Process and record all invoices.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Manage the debtor’s ledger and support creditor accounts.
- Maintain comprehensive sales and purchase records.
- Support ongoing financial projects and initiatives within the company.
- Coordinate and liaise with external partners, auditors, and internal stakeholders as required.
- Fully qualified accountant with 3+ years PQE.
- 3 or more years of experience in a senior level accounting or financial management position.
- Commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the finance function.
