My client is looking to recruit an Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO.
This role is based in Athlone, Co. Westmeath with a Software Developing company
This is a contract job initially with a view to permanency depending on performance

Key duties & responsibilities:
Assist the CEO in administrative duties
Coordination of meetings and appointments both on/off site.
Filing and data management
Make travel/accommodation arrangements
First point of contact for business queries/correspondence
Assist in office projects and activities as per CEO’s request
Create presentations i.e. PowerPoint
Maintain and develop business relationships and assist in expanding business opportunities
What are we looking for?
At least 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant/Senior Administrator
3rdlevel qualification in Business or related discipline – advantageous
Executive/Personal Assistant in a professional office setting
Advanced in MS Office applications including PowerPoint – essential
Experience in Event Management/group sessions
Ability to manage a varied workload
Flexibility in changing demands whilst at work
Ability to perform under pressure
Must be very organised and efficient
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Strong communication and people management skills.
