Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Depot Manager (South-East) for our client, based in the Wexford area.

This is a permanent role, covering 3 depots in the southeast region.

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Day to day management of 3 depots

• The role will encompass the Financial, Operational efficiency & productivity, fleet, cost control, safety & environmental compliance targets are achieved across the depots

• Lead and Performance Manage your direct reports

What are we looking for?

• Min 5 years’ experience running depot/operations function

• Strong Fleet & People Management experience

• Background within waste/recycling or logistics Industry

• Transport management

• Strong IT skills- MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint

• Excellent communication/interpersonal & negotiations skills
