If so, my client in the Logistics sector in Athlone, Co. Westmeath are looking to recruit a Customer Service Supervisor for their facility.

Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
Oversee and assess customer service staff activities
Monitor and investigate issues/complaints efficiently and effectively and provide solutions
Ensure your team comply with all performance standards, objectives and policies
Provide KPI/target reports for management
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff
Maintain and update training and development files
Work closely with the Contact Centre Manager and Supervisory team
What are we looking for?
Customer service team lead/supervisory experience – essential
Strong IT/Computer skills and MS Office packages experience
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must be well organised with multitasking ability
Excellent problem-solver, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
