We are recruiting for a Customer Service Sales Representative for our client based in Athlone Co. Westmeath. Our client is a long established and leading manufacturer. There is an ongoing focus on expanding and growth with the company.

​

As an Internal Sales Representative you will provide a high level of Customer Service and support to the client’s customers and the External Sales team. This will tie in with the company’s image of providing timely and efficient support to its customers.

​

This is a Full-time permanent role where the working hours are 8-4:30 pm Monday to Friday.

​

Key duties and responsibilities

​

• Focusing on building and developing relationships with new and existing customers

• Tasked with providing advice and support to customers i.e., deliveries, order queries and inventory’s

• Receiving and processing customers’ orders

• Work alongside the quality department in relation to the claims processing

• Communicate effectively with in house departments such as R and D and Technical to provide product information with customers

• Liaise with the External Sales team in relation to existing customers and the development of new customers for the company

• Carry out General admin duties as required

What are we looking for?

​

• Degree or Cert in a Business-related discipline

• Experienced working in Customer Service within a Manufacturing company would be an advantage

• Manufacturing/Technical knowledge would be ideal but not a necessity

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

• Experience in the daily use of ERP systems

• Always focused on the customer and there needs

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
