Our client a large manufacturing company is seeking to employ a Customer Service Representative with a European language to join their team. This is a chance to work within a team that is at the heart of the business and showcase your skills delivering a high level of customer service. The role involves supporting customer needs via all communication channels. Location : Athlone, Co. Westmeath

Hours of Work: 8-4.30pm

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Deliver a high level of customer service, putting the customer first at all stages of their journey.

• Work closely with a diverse and vibrant team

• Communicate effectively between customers, client, and the team.

• Resolve queries at the first point of contact through various communication channels.

• Liaising with finance, production, and sales.

• Professionally handle all enquiries, payments and follow up on any issues efficiently.

• General administration duties

What are we looking for?

• Experience working in a customer service role providing excellent customer service.

• Proficient in MS office (i.e., Word, Excel)

• Fluent written and oral in another European language and fluent English.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• Great attention to detail and organization skills.
