Key duties & responsibilities:
Deliver a high level of customer service, putting the customer first at all stages of their journey.
Work closely with a diverse and vibrant team
Communicate effectively between customers, client, and the team.
Resolve queries at the first point of contact through various communication channels.
Liaising with finance, production, and sales.
Professionally handle all enquiries, payments and follow up on any issues efficiently.
General administration duties
What are we looking for?
Experience working in a customer service role providing excellent customer service.
Proficient in MS office (i.e., Word, Excel)
Fluent written and oral in another European language and fluent English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Great attention to detail and organization skills.
