Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Compliance Officer for our client, based in the Wexford area.

This is a permanent role.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Day-to-day monitoring of the production process in line with HACCP & SOPs.

• Implementation & maintenance of BRC, HACCP and GMP systems.

• Monitoring & reporting of quality standards cleaning & engineering requirements.

• Implement, monitor and review corrective actions.

• Raw materials inspection & Supplier monitoring.

• Traceability compliance.

What are we looking for?

• 3rd level degree in Science or related.

• Experience in a similar position within the Food Industry. 

• Good knowledge of the food industry and standards is desirable.
