We are currently seeking a Compliance Officer for our client based in Wexford.

Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of the production process.

Shift pattern 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm

Your new job

Key duties and responsibilities:

· Implementation and maintenance of BRC, HACCP and GMP systems.

· Monitoring and reporting of quality standards cleaning and engineering requirements.

· Cross functional team work to meet project targets.

· Implement, monitor, and review corrective actions.

· Monitoring of the production process in line with factory HACCP & SOPs.

· Raw material inspection and supplier monitoring.

· Traceability compliance.

What are we looking for?

· Third level qualification in relevant Science subject: Agri / Food / Chemistry / Biology.

· Relevant experience is a similar role within the Food industry highly desirable but not essential.

· Good communication skills.

· Ability to work well as part of a team.

· Confident, innovative, and flexible.

· Excellent organisational, planning and time-management skills.

· Attention to detail and awareness of quality standards.

· Good knowledge of the food industry desirable.
