   What you need to know
Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Client Services Sharepoint Manager for our client, in the financial services industry, based in Limerick.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering and managing the transformation of the Custody Client Service team’s SharePoint projects.

The role entails designing and developing automated data flows using SharePoint, Microsoft Flow and PowerApps; whilst working closely with the team to ensure business needs are being met and efforts prioritised with the aim of exceeding client expectations for all custody queries. 

This is a 12-month contract position with some possibility of extension or other opportunities within the team. Offers a hybrid working model.

Key duties & responsibilities:
  • Ownership of Department SharePoint projects - from design and development to deployment
  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to understand the business needs and develop SharePoint solutions as required
  • Create a centralised database on Sharepoint for the team
  • Set out Best Practices for SharePoint use for the department
  • Monitor and improve SharePoint methodologies to ensure the business are delivering the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Identify internal process opportunities and utilise LEAN principles to improve efficiency within the company
  • Deliver enhancements and projects in line with department strategy
  • Develop and maintain project plans, tracking deliverables
  • Provide independent and unbiased critical analysis ensuring outcomes and deliverables align with the department vision
  • Assist the team in delivering proactive, unparalleled service to clients
  • Promote the highest standards of integrity, accountability & client service across the team and business

What are we looking for?
  • 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development
  • Experience with Microsoft Workflows and PowerApps preferred
  • Knowledge/Experience in MS POWER - MS Suite of products is beneficial.Proven experience managing complex SharePoint projects with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and budgets
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, design, development, deployment, and maintenance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to persuade and influence change and best practice
  • Analytical and report-writing
  • Ability to communicate with partners and clients at all levels
  • Proven ability to improve service delivery, increase efficiency, effectiveness and overall productivity
