We are currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer/Administrator for our client in the Healthcare/Public Sector based in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
This role is for 3 months with view to further extension.
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
Taking minutes of meetings
Typing of letters, data entry, photocopying, minute taking, filing and scanning
Inputting, updating and checking computer records and maintaining and updating files
Phone and reception duties
What are we looking for?
At least 12 month administration experience
Proficient Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills
