As the Change Governance Consultant, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing change initiatives across Investor Services, ensuring all projects align with business strategy, regulatory expectations, and operational excellence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of governance and change management initiatives within a global Investor Services function.
This is a 12-month contract role with some possibilities of extension or other, permanent roles arising after the contract period. It is a hybrid role, offering a balance of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to support change activity.
- Coordinate change programmes and ensure alignment with wider business priorities.
- Lead change management practices, including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and risk mitigation.
- Facilitate governance meetings and forums to ensure transparent communication and decision-making.
- Collaborate across functions to identify risks, dependencies, and process improvements.
- Report on change progress, key performance indicators, and outcomes to senior leadership.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through structured governance and feedback loops.
- Act as a trusted advisor on change management best practices and standards.
- Maintain and update operational procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in change management, governance, or risk within financial services or a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of change governance frameworks, methodologies, and compliance expectations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience facilitating governance forums or working groups.
- Knowledge of Investor Services or fund administration is an advantage.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to drive best practice and improvement initiatives.
