Cabinet Maker Responsibilities:
- Design, construct, and install bespoke cabinetry and fittings using a range of tools and materials.
- Carry out repairs, modifications, and finishing work to restore or improve furniture and cabinetry.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients and design teams to meet expectations and provide progress updates.
- Maintain tools, manage materials, and keep the workshop clean and organised.
Cabinet Maker Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, with desirable experience in cabinet making, including design, construction, installation, and use of various tools and materials.
- Proficient in repair and finishing work, demonstrating strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and an understanding of technical drawings, design specifications, and safety regulations.
- Strong communicator and team player, highly organised and self-motivated with proven ability to collaborate effectively, manage resources, and maintain a productive workspace.
