What you need to know
We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst – Procurement Compliance for our client, a Public Sector Organisation.
This role is for a 6 month duration.
The role is based in Co. Wicklow, with hybrid working options also available.
Key duties & responsibilities:
To support the change effort relating to the Finance and Procurement management system
Provide support to employees during the change process with regards to systems and new ways of working
Work in procurement planning and the enhancement of compliance with current public procurement sourcing and contracting requirements
Support data capture, analysis, reporting and forecasting
Ensure that operations relating to procurement comply with the Financial Regulations
Engage with colleagues to provide procurement advice
Support improvements in procurement data management, including integrity of ERP system data, local databases, and other data interfaces and dealing with system issues as they arise
What are we looking for?
Experience in a Business Analysis and Business Reporting role
Procurement and/or compliance experience
Experience using SAP or another Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Financial Management system and the production of management reports
Expert level Excel skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
