Matrix Recruitment are recruiting for a Learning & Development Content Creator to join our Pharmaceutical client in Tipperary
You’ll collaborate closely with team leads, subject matter experts, and department managers to assess learning needs and ensure the delivery of effective training solutions
The Content Creator also will act as an administrator for the Learning Management System.
Your work will empower managers and staff alike, through guidance, content creation, and the development of customised onboarding and upskilling pathways.

Your New Job
- Designing interactive and engaging training content aligned to business goals.
- Administering and maintaining the Learning Management System.
- Working closely with leaders to identify learning priorities and develop targeted programs.
- Supporting staff development through resources, coaching tools, and tailored learning initiatives.
- Contributing to the evaluation and continuous improvement of training effectiveness.
- A minimum of a degree in a relevant area such as Management, Life Sciences, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Demonstrable expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Strong experience using Articulate 360 and Excel for content creation and data tracking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- A minimum of a degree in a relevant area such as Management, Life Sciences, Instructional Design, or a related field.
