I am working closely with my client in the manufacturing industry who is looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager (Northern Ireland) to join their expanding team.

• Locations for travel: 6 counties NI & Louth, Cavan, Monaghan, Donegal

• Company car will be provided

Please note: Only candidates with experience in construction or timber sales will be considered for the role. You must have buying group experience.

This is a permanent job with company benefits.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain current customer base and develop new business/customers

• Manage customer accounts

• Responsible for reaching sales targets KPI’s

• Travel to locations in north of the country

• Promote the business & products to potential customers

• Maybe required for overnight stays within a quarterly period

• Must have full Irish Driving License.

Job Requirements

• Sales management experience in timber/construction sales – essential

• Knowledge of journey planning

• Must be flexible for overnight(s) stay as required for the business

• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service focus

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Full Irish Driving License
