 My client in the healthcare sector is looking to recruit a Quality & Compliance Officer for site in Co. Tipperary. This is a permanent job

• You must have your own transport and Full Irish Driving license as travel to other locations will be a requirement.

• You must have experience in quality & compliance in a social care or healthcare setting

Your new job

• Participate in the design and implementation of audits in collaboration with the Compliance, Safeguarding and Risk Manager.

• Carry out audits, setting and reviewing action plans for improvement

• Monitor and report on the effective implementation of regulatory compliance

• Lead in quality improvement projects and reporting on the progress of development projects/initiatives in line with project plans

• Maintain electronic data on compliance/quality improvement programmes,

• Support the development, implementation and monitoring of KPI’s across services.

• Support the development, implementation and monitoring of KPI’s

• Deliver training & coaching of company systems & processes

• Coordinate & implement new systems when required

• Undertake stakeholder engagement, surveys, consultations, data collection

• Ensure policies are reviewed and co-ordinate the policy review process.

• Full Irish Driving license & own transport – travel required

What are we looking for?

• 3rd Level Qualification in Social Care, ID Nursing, Psychology, Behavioral Support Specialist, or related discipline.

• Qualification in Quality Management and have relevant experience in auditing and using quality systems

• Experience quality and safety & service development in a social care or healthcare setting

• 3-4 years experience in a compliance officer role.

• Understanding of current policy and developments in relation to social care within disability services

• Analyse data and monitoring of progress against service delivery targets

• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail

• Full Irish Driving license & own transport – travel required
