What you need to know
My client in the healthcare sector is looking to recruit a Quality & Compliance Officer for site in Co. Tipperary. This is a permanent job
You must have your own transport and Full Irish Driving license as travel to other locations will be a requirement.
You must have experience in quality & compliance in a social care or healthcare setting
Your new job
Participate in the design and implementation of audits in collaboration with the Compliance, Safeguarding and Risk Manager.
Carry out audits, setting and reviewing action plans for improvement
Monitor and report on the effective implementation of regulatory compliance
Lead in quality improvement projects and reporting on the progress of development projects/initiatives in line with project plans
Maintain electronic data on compliance/quality improvement programmes,
Support the development, implementation and monitoring of KPI’s across services.
Support the development, implementation and monitoring of KPI’s
Deliver training & coaching of company systems & processes
Coordinate & implement new systems when required
Undertake stakeholder engagement, surveys, consultations, data collection
Ensure policies are reviewed and co-ordinate the policy review process.
Full Irish Driving license & own transport – travel required
What are we looking for?
3rd Level Qualification in Social Care, ID Nursing, Psychology, Behavioral Support Specialist, or related discipline.
Qualification in Quality Management and have relevant experience in auditing and using quality systems
Experience quality and safety & service development in a social care or healthcare setting
3-4 years experience in a compliance officer role.
Understanding of current policy and developments in relation to social care within disability services
Analyse data and monitoring of progress against service delivery targets
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Full Irish Driving license & own transport – travel required
