What You Need to Know:
Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Assistant for our client, based in Carlow.

As the AR Assistant, you will join a well-established finance team and will report into the team manager.

This is a temporary position up until the end of October, with some potential to be extended.

The role offers a hybrid working model.

Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Accurately process and record transactions related to accounts receivable.
  • Complete reconciliation tasks for accounts receivable according to the relevant deadlines.
  • Ensure that all income and credit card payments are logged correctly.
  • Liaise with various departments and team members to answer relevant queries as required.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial operations tasks as required.
  • Adhere to all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.

What are we looking for?
  • Level 5 Qualification (Leaving Certificate or equivalent).
  • 1 year or more experience in a similar AR position.
  • Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines in compliance with procedures and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
