We are hiring an Accounts Assistant which will be based in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath
***This is a 3 month initial contract role initially**
Salary/hourly rate depends on public sector/HSE experience!
Your New Job
Key duties & responsibilities:
Assist in staff payroll
Accounts payable
Supplier payments
Monthly accruals
Record timesheets, hours, annual leave etc
Calculations/refunds/payments
SAP – data entry
Run reporting for sick leave absences/maternity etc
Deal with queries relating to accounts from Vendors and Finance Dept
Update Staff absences on systems
Payroll administration as required by management
What are we looking for?
Experience working in an Accounts
MS Office application i.e. Excel/Word experience essential
Experience in SAP or other accounting software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in own initiative and be a team player
Attention to detail imperative.
