What you need to know

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant role for our client.

This is a part time role of 20 hours per week and is office based in Co. Kilkenny.                                                

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Working with spreadsheets, sales ledgers, sales invoices and journals

  • Primarily working on the sales ledger

  • Accounts Administration

  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers


What are we looking for?

  • Essential: Previous experience in an accounts assistant role

  • Experience of working on an accounts package

  • Excellent MS Office skills especially advanced Excel skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
