We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant role for our client.
This is a part time role of 20 hours per week and is office based in Co. Kilkenny.
Key duties & responsibilities:
Working with spreadsheets, sales ledgers, sales invoices and journals
Primarily working on the sales ledger
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
What are we looking for?
Essential: Previous experience in an accounts assistant role
Experience of working on an accounts package
Excellent MS Office skills especially advanced Excel skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills
