The role is customer-facing and ideal for an accountant who enjoys interacting with clients on a regular basis. In this position you will be responsible for managing a book of clients and ensure they receive a high level of customer experience at all times.
This position will suit you if you are coming from a small to medium sized accountancy practice.
This is a permanent position and is fully remote.

Your new job:
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact for client queries and accounts guidance
- Actively resolve client accounting issues with your team on a daily basis
- Tax compliance oversight
- Management of Year End process
- Book-keeping oversight
- Company Secretarial compliance oversight
- Identify process improvements and liaise with the product and software development teams to optimise your workflow
- Payroll processing oversight
What are we looking for?
- ACA or ACCA qualified accountant
- 3+ years of small or medium practice experience
- Excellent communication skills, in particular helping clients understand the accounting issues that their businesses face
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Drive and Sheets
- The ability to work as part of a team or on your own
- The capacity to work at a high level under pressure and the ability to meet deadlines to the standard required
- Honesty and discretion as you will be handling confidential information
- A methodical, thorough, and analytical approach
