Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Transfer Agency Analyst for our client, a global financial services company based in Limerick.

A the Senior Settlements TA Analyst, you will work as part of a dedicated Settlements Team. You will be responsible for the execution and quality assurance of cash payments.

This is a 12-month contract position. There is a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Your new job:
Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Responsible for authorisation and quality control checks for:

    • external payments to Investors within strict currency deadlines

    • payments to commission/management fee accounts within strict currency deadlines

    • all funding payments.

    • payments between IMR & other accounts to ensure no delays occur on the remittance of external payments to Investors

  • Day to day oversight of processing quality and timeliness in Bangalore, seeking appropriate information from local management there where required

  • Work queue management and adherence to Client SLDs

  • Take part in any project related work as required

  • Attendance at internal/client meetings as required

  • Working with other team members to ensure Settlements Team Mailbox is kept up to date at all times and that e mails are actioned/filed promptly and within the standard SLD

  • Employees are required to comply with the regulatory regime relevant to this position

  • Maintains a close working relationship with other TA areas, such as Dealing, Registration, and other internal areas such as the Client Services

  • Maintain proper standards of market, business and personal conduct, demonstrating integrity in the execution of duties



What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrate a detailed working knowledge of Transfer Agency Finance Functions

  • Ability to review and resolve complex issues working under pressure meeting challenging deadlines

  • Customer Service experience would be preferred

  • Excellent planning and organisation skills with a flexible approach to work

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • Good Team Player

  • Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills (Essential)

  • Good keyboard skills to include MS Excel and ability to learn systems used within the business (Essential)

  • Experience in working with Multiple Currencies

  • Extensive knowledge of regulatory environment is highly desirable

  • Knowledge and understanding of working within a regulatory Environment
