What you need to know
We are currently seeking a Senior Office Administrator for our client based in Citywest, Dublin.
This is a part-time role offering 30 hours per week over 5 days ideally.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for providing administrative support to the Project Managers and Construction Site teams for projects. This is a fast-paced environment with multiple projects on the go. The person will play a vital part in the smooth-running of the business.  
Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Create information packs for all projects – contact contractors and crew to request, gather, generate, collate, file, print, and prepare the necessary documentation.

  • Schedule service alteration – contact utility companies to arrange service alterations at participating properties.

  • Submit variations to our key Client and monitor the status.

  • Input work orders.

  • Support the team in communications with contractors and crew regarding progress on-site.

  • Maintain, update, and retrieve project data and correspondence held on the company’s management systems.

  • Work as part of a team ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

  • Manage office supplies including stationery and consumables.

  • Provide other administrative support duties when required.

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency with desktops, PCs, mobiles and networking, specifically Microsoft Office packages – Word, Excel, G-suite and ZOHO.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role.

  • Experience uploading, downloading and filing documents electronically.

  • Excellent literacy, numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and establish good working relationships.

  • Highly self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative.
