​Our client based in the Midlands plus operations in the West is looking to recruit a Senior HR Manager to manage the Irish divisions.

They are a leading global provider of products and services that support patient care right across the globe. They are a dynamic, growing, and exciting business. 

Due to an internal promotion, they are now keen to hire a Senior HR Manager who will join the senior management team, managing HR responsibilities across multiple sites. The successful individual will be critical within the Senior Management Team to achieving targeted growth strategies across the business.

This will suit an experienced HR Manager with at least 8+ years' experience.

The position reports to the Global HR Director.

Job Summary

Lead the Human Resources team for Ireland to provide a value adding and responsive service to local management supportive of the overall local strategy, and within the framework of the global human resources strategy. As the country lead provide governance across all BU’s and corporate HR policies and procedures. This role requires a great deal of stakeholder management and communication across all BU’s and functional teams. Where there is an independent HR team in country this role is responsible for setting and implementing local HR policy and procedures.

Experience and Qualifications required

  • 8+ years of experience in a HR Manager role ideally in managing multiply manufacturing sites with international presence.

  • Masters/ Degree in HR and CIPD qualified.

  • Excellent leadership skills, developed with a collaborative approach to driving performance and success in the global environment

  • Proven experience in strategic HR programme delivery, strategic planning, risk management and change management

  • The ability to evaluate complex situations accurately, identify creative solutions and make decisions that create successful outcomes for stakeholders

  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • Good commercial business acumen.

  • Knowledge of psychometric tools & HR software systems would be advantageous. HRIS Data Entry
