Matrix Recruitment is working with our client, a medical regulated manufacturing company in the Healthcare sector to hire a Quality Systems Specialist to join their team in their state-of-the-art facility in Co. Roscommon.
As a Quality Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for providing quality systems support for all processes related to QMS. You will also assist with the quality management program and assure all quality standards are maintained.

You will report directly to the Plant General Manager
This is a permanent role with a competitive salary and additional benefits.
Your new job
Responsibilities:
Manage the recording, investigation and resolution of product complaints, problems, and safety issues.
Providing support to the Quality Engineering and Operations functions such as Risk Assessment reviews.
Ensuring all deviations are controlled, documented and addressed by the Validation Team.
Co-ordinate the environmental monitoring activities of contractors and ensuring environmental metrics are maintained and up to date.
Solving and replying to regulatory queries and managing all documentation.
Providing ongoing manufacturing support to help the team meet objectives.
Supporting preparation of change notifications, Validation protocols and reports.
What are we looking for?
3rd Level Qualification is desirable
3+ years’ experience in a medical device background would be an advantage.
Knowledge of ISO quality systems and strong computer skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem solving skills and a keen attention to detail
Customer orientated skills.
