My client in the medical device industry is looking to recruit a Project Coordinator IV for their facility in Galway.
You will provide project & program support and monitor systems status, budgets and timetables and assist in the development, implementation of system guidelines and procedures.
This is a contract job with hybrid working.
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
Provide program support and execute management administrative tasks
Monitor budgets, timetables, issues, risks and system status
Gather and compile information for reporting
Provide technical support including system training, data extraction and tracking
Work on various complex assignments and will assist in leading daily operations.
Assist in putting together business cases
Makes recommendations/enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness
Liaise with various stakeholders globally
Develop and implement company product processes and services
Monitor projects from initiation through to delivery
Develop problem solving tools for monitoring project progression
Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet quality and client satisfaction
What are we looking for?
3rd level qualification Business/Project Management or related discipline
At least 6 years work experience in a similar role – essential
Proficiency in operational systems & MS Office applications/tools i.e. Powerpoint proficiency.
Flexibility to working hours
Ability to work alongside cross-functional teams
Experience in delegating and leading a team
Excellent management/coordination skills
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision making
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
