Our client a medical regulated manufacturing company in the Healthcare sector is seeking an Production Administrator for its state-of-the-art facility In Co. Roscommon.
In this role you will be reporting to the Operations Manager where you will be involved in the order processing, packing and dispatch of the clients’ products.
This is a full-time permanent role on a Monday to Friday basis.
Your New Job
Key duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring of daily Sales Orders through SAP
Following up on stock levels for the clients Warehouses
Communicating and coordinating effectively with other departments such as QC, QA, Production, and the Logistics team
Liaise effectively with the Purchasing department
Monitoring closely with packaging and production to ensure that are in line with delivery targets/KPIS
Involvement with weekly reports and sending them on to management
What are we looking for?
One years’ experience in Order processing environment
Strong in MS Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
A proactive approach in dealing with queries and issues in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player and possess he ability to work effectively with other departments
Previous experience working in line with SOPs and KPIs is desirable
