​Your new role will be Product Engineer for our client in Co. Offaly. A dynamic, growing, and reputable manufacturing company in the Healthcare sector.

As a Product Engineer your work will tie in with the R and D department and you will communicate effectively with the client’s medical industry customers.

This role is a 12-month contract, and the working hours operate on a Monday to Friday basis.

Your new role

Duties and responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and colleagues while developing new products

• Revise and develop current specifications as required

• Development and procurement of tooling

• Support the quality, planning, sales, production, and customer service departments

• Participate in CTO & lean initiative projects

Requirements

• A third level degree in an Engineering discipline

• Familiarity with CAD

• Knowledge of ERP Systems would be seen as an advantage

• A proactive individual with an eagerness to learn

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Possess the ability to carry out your work in a meticulous manner
