What you need to know

Our client, a provider of sterilisation services to many of the world’s largest medical device manufacture, is looking to hire a Process Co-Ordinator for their facility in Co. Mayo. This is a new job opportunity, with great scope to make the job your own.

Process Co-Ordinator will report to Plant Manager and works with all department within the company. The Process Co-Ordinator will develop and support process improvement initiatives within the company. Other Technical and Administrative duties as instructed

This is a permanent, onsite position.

Your new job

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implementation of Lean principles into the site, SQDC Boards, 5S audits, and Six Sigma events

  • Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement, also support any continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support training in Quality Assurance procedures, Safety Procedures, and current Good Manufacturing Procedures (c(GMP)

  • Support and completes monthly safety check with Health and Safety platforms.

  • Assist with Document control of non-quality related documentations

  • Assist with Administrative support of Suppliers documentation in conjunction with Maintenance and Quality Department

  • Support in the implement of corporate initiatives, Sustainability and Safety Weeks

  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective and preventative actions as required.

  • Provide any additional Technical and Administrative duties as required by other departments and agreed with Plant Manager.

  • Maintain accurate and sufficiently detailed records of process activities performed and communicate any process improvements

  • Upholds relevant quality standards as set out in the controlled SOP’s and other controlled procedures and work instructions.

What are we looking for?

  • Third level degree in Quality or Engineering.

  • At 3 years industry experience working as a process or quality technician. Preferably within a regulated environment.

  • Experience in driving continuous improvement projects.

  • Outgoing, pleasant personality, good communication skills.

  • Initiative, ability to take responsibility and to work without direct supervision or instruction.

  • Excellent team player and to work with many different departments.

  • Experience in presentations and strong MS office skills.
