Our Offaly based Manufacturer is seeking a Printing Technician to join their team. The Printing Technician will be responsible for working printing presses in the business in turn ensuring optimum efficiency in plant day to day operations.

Your new job

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare machines and materials for printing.

• Review job lists and ensures accuracy.

• Maintain print quality, colour, and register.

• Minimise waste and follow production targets.

• Complete documentation and system entries (SME-UP).

• Perform maintenance and report faults promptly.

• Manage ink and varnish stock levels.

• Keep machines and work areas clean.

• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.

What are we looking for?

• Experience operating Man Roland – R 705 3B, Sheet-Fed Offset

• 5 Colour & Coating Offset is a distinct advantage.

• Hold a recognised Print production qualification. Previous experience on a Lithographic offset press required. Must be trained in first format B1 70cm to 100cm.
