Key duties and responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings and conference calls.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, ordering new supplies as needed.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with record retention policies and document disposal procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post and packages.
- Monitor office safety and security procedures, reporting and addressing any issues promptly.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise task effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in works.
