Your New Job:

As UK & Ireland Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of digital and e-commerce performance, driving brand visibility, engagement, and revenue. This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on data, performance optimisation, and delivering measurable results in a dynamic environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a data-led digital and e-commerce strategy across the UK and Ireland
  • Drive brand awareness, website traffic, and conversion performance
  • Manage and optimise SEO, PPC, CRM automation, and A/B testing initiatives
  • Continuously improve product listings, landing pages, and customer journeys
  • Analyse campaign performance and key metrics, providing regular insights and reports to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing activity
  • Ensure marketing activity aligns with stock availability, regional objectives, and market trends
  • Stay ahead of digital best practice within a fast-moving renewable energy landscape

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or e-commerce with demonstrable ROI
  • Proven track record of increasing web traffic and conversion rates
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and conversion rate optimization
  • Experience using CRM systems and delivering automated marketing campaigns
  • Analytical and commercially focused, with confidence in digital performance tracking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing
  • Willingness to travel between the UK and Ireland
Desirable:
  • Understanding of web design principles and user experience (UX)
  • Experience managing digital advertising budgets
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing strategies
  • Genuine interest in sustainability and clean energy
