Do You speak German, and you are passionate about Customer Care?
Our client is seeking to employ a number of Customer Service Co- Ordinator with fluent German to join their team. This is a chance to work within a team that is at the heart of the business and showcase your skills delivering a high level of customer service. The role involves supporting customer needs via all communication channels. It will be fast-paced and varied role and will give you the opportunity to work in an environment with excellent rewards and achievements based on your exceptional performance.

The Role:

  • Deliver a high level of customer service, putting the customer first at all stages of their journey

  • Work closely with a diverse and vibrant team

  • Communicate effectively between customers, client and the team.

  • Resolve queries at the first point of contact through various communication channels.

  • Liaising with finance and sales.

  • Professionally handle all enquiries, payments and follow up on any issues efficiently

The Candidate:

  • Experience working in a customer service role providing excellent customer service

  • Proficient in MS office (i.e., Word, Excel) and Sap

  • Fluent written and spoken ability in German and fluent English

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment

  • Great attention to detail and organization skills
