Matrix Recruitment is working closely with our client in the Healthcare sector who is looking to hire a HR Manager to join their team.

This is a contract job and will be full time onsite Mon-Fri.

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing the HR & workforce function.

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment and retention initiatives

• Employee Relations

• Change Management – structure & workforce

• Employee Performance Management

• Mentoring, training & development & HR project work as required

• Provide HR policy guidance & direction

• Liaise with HR corporate functions & Employee Representative Organisations.

What are we looking for?

• MUST HAVE HSE EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A HR MANAGER - ESSENTIAL

• At least 7 years HR experience with at least 3 years at senior/management level in a multidisciplinary/healthcare organisation

• 3rd Level Degree/Masters in HR & CIPD membership – essential

• MUST HAVE WORKING KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE IRISH HR LEGISLATION

• Knowledge of HIQA standard

• Change Management experience

• Employee Relations experience

• Recruitment experience

• Ability to evaluate training needs and implement relevant programmes.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications & HR management systems

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing & decision-making skills

• Ability to project manage high level tasks

• MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT AND FULL IRISH DRIVING LICENSE
