Job description

Our client based in Co. Longford is looking to recruit a HR Manager on a permanent basis.

They are a dynamic, growing, and exciting business operating in FMCG sector with a number of manufacturing sites across Europe.

They are now keen to hire a HR Manager who will join the site management team and report to the General Manager. 

This will suit a HR Manager or Senior HR Officer with at least 2+ years' HR management experience. This is a collaborative and positive culture and will suit an individual who is seeking such an environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuous evaluation and improvement on existing processes and procedures.

  • Drive all HR initiatives within the site.

  • HR Data Analysis and reporting as required.

  • Responsible for all HR related KPI’s to drive business performance management.

  • Key point of contact for complex employee issues

  • Lead on IR/ER initiatives.

  • Develop effective partnerships with people managers throughout the business

  • Provide high quality guidance in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives.

  • Promote adherence to HR policies in line with company’s vision and values.

  • Manage day to day HR Services in an effective and efficient manner

  • Issue and update terms of employment and ensure a successful onboarding process.

  • Facilitate HR workshops and promote communication between HR and the business.

  • Support HR projects within the Group.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR or related discipline. CIPD is an advantage.

  • 5 + years’ experience in HR, with at least 2 years at HR Manager level. Ideally within manufacturing.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritise work.

  • Excellent IT Skills.
