Our client, a leading manufacturing company are looking to recruit a HR Generalist to join their team based in Co. Longford on a part time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing operation and play a key role as the business continues to expand.
This is a Part-Time permanent position.
Your new job
HR Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Introduce new employee appraisal process
- Oversee new employee onboarding (Timepoint software used).
- Point of contact for employee concerns, mediating workplace conflicts and implementing disciplinary actions when needed.
- Manage and update employee contracts, reflecting any changes in pay or terms.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including leave, sick days, and other HR-related data.
- Handle day-to-day HR administration duties and maintain HR databases.
- Order and manage employee IT equipment, reporting issues to external IT providers as necessary.
HR requirements
- A degree in Human Resources or a CIPD qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
