Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance management, and exit processes.
• Support employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in line with GDPR and company policies.
• Assist with HR reporting, metrics, and audits.
• Partner with management to drive employee engagement and support training & development initiatives.
• Contribute to HR projects such as policy updates, wellbeing initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food industry standards where relevant.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role.
• A relevant HR qualification or CIPD
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems an advantage.
