Are you an experienced HR Administrator with a HR/CIPD Qualification?
My client in the manufacturing industry is looking to recruit a HR Administrator for their facility in Tullamore, Co. Offaly
This is a permanent job with company benefits
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
Being the first point of contact for HR queries.
Data entry to CRM system
Revise company policies
Payroll administration
Dealing with employee queries
Note taking for disciplinary meetings and absent reviews
Assist with employee contracts/issues/complaints
Maintain internal systems, records and reports
Analyse and report on key HR metrics
Manage and assist in new projects
Any HR duties as required by management
What are we looking for?
2 years HR Administration experience
Strong systems/CRM experience essential
HR/CIPD Qualified or working towards it
Must have experience dealing with employee queries, taking disciplinary notes, absent review meetings
Payroll experience – advantageous
Be driven to see new business/clients and meet sales targets
Strong interpersonal, communication and selling skills
Presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent numeric, IT and written skills
Ability to work as part of a team, collaboration and delegation
Analysis sales figures and report writing
