What you need to know

Are you an experienced HR Administrator with a HR/CIPD Qualification?

My client in the manufacturing industry is looking to recruit a HR Administrator for their facility in Tullamore, Co. Offaly

This is a permanent job with company benefits

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for HR queries.

  • Data entry to CRM system

  • Revise company policies

  • Payroll administration

  • Dealing with employee queries

  • Note taking for disciplinary meetings and absent reviews

  • Assist with employee contracts/issues/complaints

  • Maintain internal systems, records and reports

  • Analyse and report on key HR metrics

  • Manage and assist in new projects

  • Any HR duties as required by management

What are we looking for?

  • 2 years HR Administration experience

  • Strong systems/CRM experience essential

  • HR/CIPD Qualified or working towards it

  • Must have experience dealing with employee queries, taking disciplinary notes, absent review meetings

  • Payroll experience – advantageous

  • Be driven to see new business/clients and meet sales targets

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and selling skills

  • Presentation and negotiation skills

  • Excellent numeric, IT and written skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team, collaboration and delegation

  • Analysis sales figures and report writing
