What you need to know

We are hiring a Grade III Clerical Officer. This role is with the public/healthcare sector located in Dublin 8.

This will be an initial 3 month contract rolling month to month thereafter

This role is full time onsite Mon-Fri 9-5pm

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to the department

  • Data entry

  • Handling correspondence

  • Phone/email queries

  • Maintaining records

  • Administrative tasks as required by management

What are we looking for?

  • 2-3 years admin/clerical experience essential

  • Public Sector experience – advantageous

  • Strong IT/computer skills – proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Strong problem-solving and decision making

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in own initiative and be a team player

  • Attention to detail imperative.
