This is an initial 8 month contract job with view to permanency!

My client in the manufacturing industry is looking to hire a Front of House Receptionist for their facility in Co. Roscommon
This is an initial 8 month contract job with view to permanency!
Key duties & responsibilities:
- First point of contact
- Meet & greet customers
- Manage customer calls, queries & appointments
- Oversee the booking schedules and cancellations
- Provide admin support to the design team
- Maintain & update the CRM system
- Support the sales process
- Chase business leads & potential sales
- Customer aftercare follow ups
- Opening the showroom in the morning, ensuring that it is clean and tidy for the day.
- Reviewing and printing out the appointments for the day to familiarise yourself with the customer appointments.
- Call all the appointments on the booking calendar for the next day to confirm their appointments.
- Manning the phone, taking messages, answering queries, booking in consultation enquiries.
- Liaising with the various other departments in the company.
Taking payments at the desk or over the phone by credit card. - Keep track of showroom supplies and order when necessary, from the wholesalers.
- 2-3 years experience in an office/reception/customer service role
- Strong customer service focus/customer engagement
- Strong computer/IT skills & CRM experience
- Excellent phone manner & people skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Present a professional appearance
