My client, a well-established manufacturing company located in Co. Cavan, are looking to recruit a French Customer Service Assistant to oversee their French customer-based market.

Key duties & responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders
Monitor and oversee transport timeline schedules
Provide advice and support relating to customer issues and queries i.e. order queries, inventory, deliveries and invoices
Liaise with the technical team to provide customer product information.
General administrative duties as required
What are we looking for?
Fluency in French language – essential
At least 2-3 years customer service experience within the manufacturing industry
3rd Level qualification in Business or related discipline
Proficient in MS Office applications i.e. Excel – essential
Experience using SAP – advantageous
Good typing/keyboard skills
Good record management and organisation skills
Strong customer focus
Excellent telephone manner and professional writing skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy essential
Excellent verbal and written communication
