Matrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Client Services Process Improvement Analyst for our client in the financial services sector based in Limerick (hybrid role). 

 In this position, you will be responsible for providing support to the Client Service team by developing insights to enable decision making with a view to developing client relationships both internally & externally.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team who are committed to providing excellent client service to a network of clients.

This is a 5.5-month contract role with a large organisation that may have other available opportunities at the end of this contract. This is a hybrid working model.

 

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Identify internal process opportunities and utilise LEAN principles to improve efficiency within the company

  • Assist in the delivery of enhancements and projects in line with department strategy

  • Develop and maintain project plans, tracking deliverables

  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiencies

  • Provide independent and unbiased critical analysis ensuring outcomes and deliverables align with the department vision

  • Assist team at all opportunities with the goal of delivering proactive, unparalleled service to clients

  • Promote the highest standards of integrity, accountability & client service across EMEA and the global business

 

What are we looking for?

  • Prior business analysis and data analysis experience

  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint, experience in building macros a requirement

  • Proficient in use of Power BI

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to persuade and influence change / best practice

  • Experience within Fund Services (preferred but not essential)

  • Analytical and report-writing

  • Ability to communicate with partners and clients at all levels

  • Strong team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude

  • Proven ability to improve service delivery, increase efficiency, effectiveness and overall productivity
