What you need to know

We are currently seeking an Associate Relationship Manager for our financial services client, based in Dublin (hybrid working option available). 

The role is a 12-month contract position with some possibility of extension and / or permanency. 

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Completion of investment and borrowing limit checklists; 

  • Perform investment restriction and leverage reviews;

  • Monitor and review monthly investment manager confirmations;

  • Update and maintain the regulatory breaches register; and

  • Ensure prompt response to client & internal queries.

  • Support the production of MI and key risk reporting;

  • Complete and monitor fund risk assessment reporting;

  • Assist in the collation of data for quarterly board reporting and monthly client reporting

  • Contribute and deliver monthly client reporting within SLD deadline; 

  • Support internal risk reporting.

  • Assist in the completion and submission of Central Bank reporting;

  • Issuance of standard letters to the Regulators; and,

  • Assist with the production of audit confirm letter/ schedule of holdings.

  • Participate in the development of the procedures within the department.

  • Ability to escalate issues in a timely manner to the management team.

  • Support the depositary operations requirements.

 What are we looking for?

  • Third level qualification and/or advanced in professional studies.

  • Working knowledge of fund accounting / transfer agency systems is an advantage.

  • Working fund knowledge including exposure to complex asset and fund structures.

  • Understanding of the laws and regulations applicable to depositary/trustee and local requirements – in particular, requirements for Irish funds.

  • Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work within a multi-team structure.

  • Ability to work on own initiative.

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
