Matrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Associate Client Service Manager for our client in the financial services sector based in Dublin (hybrid working available).
You will be a strong communicator, solution driven and will be proactive in your approach to work. This role will have responsibility over cash conversions and books of the portfolio. As the primary support account representative, the Associate Client Service Manager is responsible for assisting with the servicing of the overall client relationship within assigned portfolios.
This is a 6-month contract role with some opportunity for extension and / or permanency.
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
Assist in the review of new transaction documents to ensure that transactions can be supported within current operating model.
Perform account administration activities and transaction compliance review.
Assist with client inquiries, resolve situations under the direction of the Senior Client Service Manager and the Client Service Manager.
Work with Global Service Delivery and other groups within Global Client Solutions and related parties to monitor and control the compliance of assigned accounts.
Work with counterparts in Trade Manage Group, Date Lifecycle Management, and Client Administration to coordinate seamless client service and ensure appropriate hand-offs occur of client service-related activities.
Assist with the service level aspects of the assigned client relationships for the deals that are helping administer whilst ensuring that clients receive an excellent service.
What are we looking for?
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in Corporate Trust, loans, lending or similar.
Strong Financial Services Technical Skills.
Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to engage with clients to ensure timely execution
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
