What you need to know

Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit an Administrator for our client, based in the Kilkenny Area.

This is a Permanent Role.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Annual Returns

  • Maintaining Statutory Registers

  • Drafting minutes and resolutions.

  • Drafting documentation in relation to change of directors/secretary, change of registered office, change of share capital and change of name.

  • Preparation of Incorporation Documentation

  • Preparation of Strike Off Documentation

  • Maintaining Anti-Money Laundering Records for the Firm


What are we looking for?

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Experience of working with a Document Management System, MS Word & Excel

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

  • Knowledge of Relate Co Sec Programme an advantage
