What you need to know

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for our client, based in Castledermot, Co. Kildare

This is initially a 3-6 month contract, with the possibility of permanency.

Your new job

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable

  • Debtors / Creditors Reports

  • Management of credit card expenses

  • Management of employee expenses through an online portal

  • Revenue returns

  • Processing invoices

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Posting journals

What are we looking for?

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel

  • Competency to work both on an individual basis and as part of a team

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent organisational skills: being able to multi-task and prioritise workload to work to deadlines

  • Good communication skills both orally and written

  • Sage / Netsuite experience favourable
