You will work as an Accounts Assistant for our client, a hugely successful company based in Waterford.
This is a permanent position and an excellent opportunity.
Your new job
Ensure the accurate processing of Payroll
Accounts Receivable & Payable processing
Communicating with customers/suppliers on a regular basis
Submitting VAT/Tax Returns
Invoice Processing & Review
Ensure all accounting deadlines are met and all reports are complete and accurate
Holiday cover as and when required
What are we looking for?
Essential: Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
Desirable: Accounting Technician qualification
Proficient with the MS Office suite particularly MS Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work as part of a team to strict deadlines, as well as on own initiative
